Our Approach To Service

We understand buying a product sight unseen is difficult so that is why we are not just another home-made log furniture company. We focus on quality, service and CUSTOMIZATION. If you decide to buy an item on-line we can send you a new photo of the product(s) before you buy if you like. We can make reasonable changes to suit your needs, because all the art work is customizable for a small fee (or sometimes no fee), so please us call at 815-780-4823 for a FREE estimate. 

If you are unhappy after receiving your purchase, let us know, we can either replace the item at no-cost, make a needed change to the item, or refund your money after purchase after the item has been returned.

Our Approach To Shipping and Tax

Each of our items are different, each have different weights, lengths, and cubic inches; therefore shipping an item 20 miles away should have a different shipping rate from one sent 2,000 miles away. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU BUY, we will work with you to get you the best possible shipping rate. 

The State of Illinois taxes us on any item we sell, so when you buy using PAY PAL the tax rate will be added.

About Us

Kevin and Erin Schultz started this business in May of 2013. We have three children ages 22, 4, and 3. Kevin is a veteran and has a Bachelors in Marketing and Public Relations. Erin works for a local department store when not helping with Twisted Tree Rustic Outpost designs and ideas.
